Umbrinus

(a.k.a. Lord of Shadow)

Umbrinus is the embodiment of darkness and death. One of the elemental Sentinels are belied to have formed The Capital Isle, he is the master of shadow. He rules the demi-plane of The Shadowfell and led the forces of the dead against The Material Plane during The Convergence. Though the convergence was ended by the heroic sacrifice of Simiro Sairtora, it is unclear what happened. Some claim Umbrinus is gone, while others argue he is too powerful to be destroyed.

Contacts & Relations

The lord of shadow regularly finds himself in conflict with The Raven Queen who he shares the Shadowfell with. Her hatred for undead makes the two natural enemies and often causes the pair to clash.
