Summary

Animaphra are people whose Celestial Tapestry and Filamentry Atoms exist deep within their bodies, even to their DNA, altering their external features to that similar to those of the various creatures of the world. Their Tapestry Nodes are thus generally located near the areas where they present animal features, such as the base of their tail or between their wings. The potential range of powers of an Anima is enormous, but they are generally animal related, passing on the many abilities of the animals of the world to the Anima in a much greater scale, and with much greater control, as well as granting them more natural physical strength, and resilience. On rare occasion, these powers and animal appearance/alignment are not made present from birth, but develop through the honing of ones powers and one’s physical prowess. The extent of the powers of the Animaphra, however, is much more limited, due to it being expressed through action, rather than knowledge, and as such usually lacks much versatility and utility. In combination with their above-average strength, however, it makes them extremely powerful forces to be dealt with, especially in hand to hand combat.
