Summary

The Ao’maphra are an unusual "race" whose Celestial Tapestry is highly concentrated internally, with the internal Nodes connecting through intonation with external filaments . Their human features are not particularly different from most Maphra, with the exception of longer, more pointed ears than the other main 'races', and the ability to manifest some sort of external, power-based phenomenon through the natural flow of energy passing through their Celestial Tapestry. The major filaments of their Celestial Tapestry being external, they have the most acute energy sense out of all the base races. While they are very powerful in most circumstances, as they can move their external filament like an extension of their body, it takes a very long time for them to achieve full mastery over their power due to them not being able to innately feel the natural limits of their power. As a result, the use of their power comes with risk, as have a tendency to burn out and put great stress on their body without lengthy training. It is through this that the Ao’ma are known among all the races to have been some of the first to hone their knowledge and understanding of nature, knowing that in doing so they could better understand their own power and prevent misuse and self-harm.
