Pact House of the Grey, Xenovian Branch
Structure
The House of the Grey's primary purpose is to prove help for and habilitate those possessing a Void Affliction. Thanks to correspondence with the City-states of Mannemyocan, the House of the Grey has established bases in various moons of Faesmithea to spread the knowledge of and save the lives of people across the Celestient universe who were previously shunned from their communities and rendered succeptible to becoming Scourged. The leadership of the House of the Grey consists of a Council of Elders, each overseeing the varying departments for Training, Counseling, Medical Care, and Medicine Manufacturing and Distribution. Each department has two representatives, and all vote for an Elder to be the community representative. The base on each moon has their own Council of Elders and the councils have a large conference to discuss policies that apply to all Houses of Grey under the Grand House of the Grey.
Culture
The House of the Grey in Xenovia takes on a lot of students, so their departments of Training and Counceling are much larger, as there are many who have their own supplies of medicine or methods of keeping stable. As such, the leadership over the Training department tend to be in charge of the larger organization. Nevertheless, they seek to foster an environment of care, compassion, and self-development for the sake of all who pass through their doors.
