Doctor Wiliam Wosow was employed at the Radana Storme Institute shortly following the arrival of Doctor Walmdas Kluw.

Doctor Wiliam Wosow selects Ajax Wursor as the unwilling participant for his experiments. He takes the patient to a private treatment room in the psychiatric centre and exposes him to a series of agonising experiments.

Doctor Wiliam Wosow is among the Doctors who attend the funeral of Doctor Jelena.

A few hours following the funeral of Doctor Jelena, Doctor Wiliam Wosow arranges for the patient Ajax Wursor to be returned to his cell in the Lower West Wing. He arrives at the mess hall the next day following reports of a violent altercation between the patients and insists that the guards take Ajax Wursor back to his usual cell rather than moving him into isolation.
In spite of his instructions, Ajax Wursor does not take long to get into yet another fight, and so is brought to Doctor Wiliam Wosow's laboratory. He tends to Ajax's wounds and convinces him that he is a friend.
He tells him that he will have a chance to be free in time, but that first they need to help eachother.

Doctor Wiliam Wosow provides his subject with a feast of rare steaks and approaches his cell. He convinces Ajax Wursor to help him kill Captain Myron, claiming that he had played a hand in hurting him when he was imprisoned.
After Ajax succumbed to his wishes and tore Captain Myron in two, he took him from the Penitentiary and granted him accommodation in Storme Manor.

Over the next few days, Doctor Wiliam Wosow works alongside Doctor Walmdas Kluw and further indoctrinates Ajax Wursor into their cause. He explains to Ajax that he could be a soldier for a just cause, made to fight against a real evil and to be a champion of freedom in the world.
Doctor Walmdas Kluw tells Ajax Wursor that there are three people responsible for all of the death at the Radana Storme Institute. He claims the first was Sister Prudence and that she has been detained, the second was Russell Tideborn.
He releases Ajax Wursor from captivity, setting him loose in the Radana Storme Institute in a new suit of enchanted armour.

The Radana Storme Institute is burned to the ground and the Konstat arrive to detain the patients that survived the inferno. In spite of this, Doctor Wiliam Wosow along with his colleagues mysteriously disappear.
