Yargath Ubegu
Yargath Ubegu was a high-ranking Anchorite of Talos. In 1492, she guarded the Circle of Thunder when it was attacked by the Hat Gang. Later that day, she was killed by Thokk Verantor.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Yargath is a muscular woman of average height for a half-orc. Her hair is close cut on the left side of her head, and longer on the other. Her grey-green skin is covered in markings painted with boar's blood.
Special abilities
Fighting as a Barbarian, Yargath channels her storm magic into her weapon attacks, and static fills the air around her, damaging those who get too close.
Apparel & Accessories
Yargath wields a warhammer in one hand and wields a clawed gauntlet in the other. Unlike the gauntlets used by most anchorites, Yargath's claws are made from metal which makes them better at conducting lightning.

Personal history
Yargath had been a member of the anchorites for a long time, Thokk Verantor remembered her as a high-ranking member from when he was young.
Much later during her time in the cult, she lost faith in Talos and began worshipping a being known as Gorthok.
Attack on the Circle of Thunder
On the 21st of Hammer, 1492 DR, Yargath was at the Circle of Thunder during the Hat Gang's surprise attack. After hitting Dymera with her warhammer, she was magically held in place by Jensen Astria-Wagner, forced to watch helplessly as the adventurers slew her fellow anchorites and other assorted allies. Eventually breaking free, she attempted to attack the human Boston Bornes, only to be disabled again by Dymera's Ebon Lash. A nearby acolyte protected her from attacks but eventually, once all her allies had been defeated, she was knocked unconscious by Jensen. After they tied her up, the Hat Gang woke the half-orc up and attempted to interrogate her. Initially shaken, Yargath was intimidated by Thokk into giving up the location of Moesko, the cult's leader. To prevent herself from giving away any further information, Yargath attempted to take her own life through the use of magic. Dymera noticed the attempt to hide her spellcasting and knocked the cultist unconscious again. Before she woke again, Thokk used his dagger to slice off each of her fingers, preventing any further casting. After she was woken a second time, Thokk and Dymera were able to gain some information, but not the information they wanted. Through Yargath (with help from Jensen's Detect Thoughts spell) the party learned of the being known as Gorthok and the plan to have it ascend to godhood. Jensen also gleamed some insight into the cult's latest plan, to raid Falcon's Woodland Lodge, aided by orcs of the Brughorr-Band. The party rushed to aid the hunter before it was too late, but Thokk found time enough to kill Yaargath before leaving, taking her metal clawed gauntlet.
