Phandalin Miner's Exchange
The Phandalin Miner's Exchange is were miners come to have their valuable finds weighed, measured, and payed out. The exchange also acts as Phandalin's unofficial records office (births, marriges, deaths, etc.), registering claims to various streams and excavations around the area.
The guildmaster is a calculating woman named Halia Thornton who is working slowly to bring Phandalin under her control. Halia will be happy to buy treasure and magic items from the party, and may sell common magic items to those she is on good terms with (limit 1 per day).
