Scared by the White Dragon sightings in the area, Harbin Wester has shut himself away inside his house. If the players wish to speak to Harbin, they must do so through his door. Harbin occasionally slides notes under his door to Sildar Hallwinter, who adds them to the job board outside the Townmaster's Hall.
