Chief Warmaster

Chief Warmaster is a senior rank within the Itoqir, and in some ways can be considered one of the non-combatant equivalent to a Tothjal along with Chief Mercy. They are responsible for advising the Tothjal and Jals of the general internal health of the army and, most importantly, of effective strategic use of it as a holistic resource. They may have an Assistant-Warmaster or two -- as Xocis Bu'ran did during the notably large War of the Six -- and oversee Provisioners, Wingsmiths, and Warsmiths.

History

Devatska Acosaphaura never received the official title. Officially she held the title of Assistant-Warmaster, but was widely considered to be the true Chief Warmaster in private.
