Prisa (PREE-sah)
A Lieutenant of the Itoqir, or sometimes also used in situations with a strong Ustrarian military presence such as the multi-nation united forces of the Golden Itoqir during the War of the Six.
The number of Prisa present largely depends on the size of the Itoqir, ranging from only five to ten per division to fifteen to twenty. It is mostly a military honor based on comparative achievements to peers, and has no real administrative responsibilites like an Eba or Jal except for support of either of those ranks should it be required.
Their torque of rank is the oze with the traditional twisted-rope-pattern.
