Delemont
Delemont is one of the co-creators of The Hollow, along with Nesita.
While Nesita is responsible for the complex magic that underlies the Hollow, Delemont carefully designed the sensory impressions that people receive in the Hollow to make it as convincing a replacement for Outside reality as possible.
Many of the environments in the early Hollow were hand-crafted by Delemont, and he only reluctantly taught other dragons to become Architects when the Hollow's growth outpaced his own ability to craft environments.

Contacts & Relations
Delemont remains the nominal head of the Architects' Guild, but he leaves most of the running of the guild to Acrux, since he has little patience for administrative or interpersonal matters.
Family Ties
Delemont begrudgingly admires the achievements of his (and Nesita's) adult son Bartos, though he can occasionally be heard to say that such a smart kid should have gone into something more interesting than just translation. Fortunately, Bartos doesn't care in the least whether his father approves of his life choices.
Social Aptitude
Delemont is an abrasive individual. The only time he uses two words where one will do is when insulting or berating someone. Since he has no interest in anything but his Architect's trade, he finds most non-Architects very boring. He can grow more pleasant when the topic of conversation turns to his own work, almost as if he forgets to be nasty to people when he's engaged in his specialty.

History
As co-creators of the Hollow, Delemont and Nesita have worked together for a long time. Delemont is not an easy person to work with, but Nesita makes it work -- partially because she's quite patient, but it helps that they're both very passionate about their specialties. As they get more involved in their work, Delemont forgets to be mean and Nesita forgets that he's rude.
