Kythyss

This small city on the southern tip of Alaron is a hotbed of intrigue. Prior to the end of the Green War, the crown was unable to properly police and protect the citizens and their property. There were many smugglers in Kythyss that helped the crown free itself from the Amn grip but most were fisherman and woodcutters, and without the protection of the King they had turned to mercenaries for help. 
Those mercenaries, unfortunately, were bribed to serve the will of the Viceroy of Westphal. It cost many lives and valuable time to infiltrate the mercenaries but with help of house Marshall, the United Moonshae Isles was able to weaken then route the Amnian influence from Kythyss and use the city as a launch pad for assaults on Snowdown.
