Günter Bernard
The First Golden Hero (a.k.a. Original Gold, King of the Golds)
Günter Bernard was the first ever Golden Warrior of the Tussarian Empire, his skill was so far ahead of any within the country that the rank was originally created specifically for him in order to show that he was in a league of his own.
During his time as a Golden Warrior, Günter had many amazing feats. Most notably he spearheaded the navel battle against a large amount of Knots that had found their way into the waters off the coast of Rivia, the once non monstrous sailors were responsible for causing chaos in many island villages in the area. Günter was in the first ship to make contact and led the battle the whole way through without rest, after finally detouring the enemy he would give credit to his men who "fought valiantly," in reality if it weren't for the Golden Warrior, most men would have refused to engage the terrifying humanoid creatures.
Unfortunately for the Tussarian Empire, in 6225 AE, Günter was killed whilst responding to a report that a village on the furthest reaches of the empire was under attack. Survivors report that after a month of travel, they and Günter would arrive at the village to find it completely in ashes along with many charred bones. During their investigation of the crime they would encounter a beautiful woman in a stunningly embroided black dress and daring crimson red eyes. The men would move in to detain the woman as her appearance on such a distraught site was suspicious, in the moment they began to close the distance, Günter would be consumed by a storm of red flames erupting from the woman's palm after she raised it towards them. The Golden Warriors armour would begin to melt and the heat radiating from it would begin to burn him alive, the smell of cooked human flesh would fill the air and the remaining forces would flee and report the scene to the empire. Upon return a month later and with a larger host, the empires soldiers would find the seared corpse of Günter, all of his armour but his helmet remained there, melted over his body like a thick bed sheet.
