Serenity Talos
Serenity Talos was just another woman living in the Tussarian Empire, however her life took a drastic shift after traveling to Rivia in order to attend the mandatory Tussarian Water Festival. When the time of the ceremony for the crowning of the Tussarian Water Princess she had unintentionally caught Hagan Vogt Leonhardt's eye, leading to her being selected for the great honour.
Once she was walked back to the palace, she spent many days within it. Serenity had impressed the emperor so much that he had decided her presence within the palace was necessary, and she remains there till this day.
