Castle Cole
An ancient and crumbling ruin on the Seaward Coast. Still held by House Oake, though it is in dire need of repairs and would not likely survive a prolonged siege.
Purpose / Function
Ordered built by King Brancent of Sandoreale to secure his grasp on the Seaward Coast. He granted the land and title to a scion of House Oake, naming them Baron of the Cole Inlet.
Architecture
A once-sturdy coastal fortress that was brought low by Sandoreale siege engines during Dillestone's rebellion against King Robern . Parts of the castle are still inhabitable, and a detachment of Oake soldiers is usually stationed here to keep an eye on Sandoreale and Luneste's coastal activities.
