History
The city has been a major fixture of Iocrias for many years as an important city early on for its major connection from the harsh south that the Nasir Empire spread across and the rest of the land.
In 220, not long after word of contact with Aldas was made Frane Domus was elected to the senate of Bhamir. In 223 word was received that the Terrasque had destroyed their neighbor city of Cidash. The emperor put out word of the bounty on the creature and started on defensive measures, and the Adventurers Guild flooded with applicants where the future Terrasque Slayers would meet, including the Senator Frane Domus himself.
In 224 the emperor declared martial law and placed an allied noble, a descendant of the Hero Nour, as temporary emergency governor of the city with both crown soldiers and the noble's personal mercenaries quickly taking over the city and the senate with help of a traitor senator before riots and decisive action by the Terrasque Slayers allowed the rightful senators to regain control.
In the years since, Frane Domus has increased both his own political power and the power of Bhamir as a whole in the face of the emperors desire to keep it under heel.
