History
Cidash was the first known city built on Iocrias. Archaeological evidence shows that it was originally the only city before some event ended up with most of the first civilization fleeing. Some to the north, and others to the south. Other evidence shows that the north was not gripped by the same cold that it is now, nor was the south as hot. Some believe that the Terrasques were to blame for the first mass exodus.
In later years the city repopulated before, in year 123 a large amount of Proto-Terrasques started attacking the city, only to be stopped by a group of 12 citizens and travelers with mythril weapons made by an expert smith. These people became known as the 12 Heroes of Cidash.
100 years later, in 223, a massive Terrasque came, seemingly out of nowhere and destroyed the city in short order. Thousands were killed, and the rest displaced across the land. The Terrasque remained there, making the rubble its nest until, finally, in 224 on the 15th of Last Seed, a group who became known as the Terrasque Slayers
