The Faun are goat-human hybrids with hooves on their lower half and a humanoid upper half with horns and goat ears. They as a people love art, dance, and especially music.

Fauns are very welcoming people, always eager to have more people to join in on their frequent celebrations

Shirts are a rare sight in Faun culture, while skirts and kilts are seen often

Wood is the main building material with carved and burnt reliefs of respected fauns featuring prominently. Their art is expressed through intricate instruments and equally intricate songs

The faun calendar has more days that are thought of as a holiday or time for celebration than they have normal days.

Funerary and Memorial customs

A ballad is written for every deceased Faun based on their life (with some creative liberties taken). Faun that have been abandoned by their people are the only ones who do not have a song written when news of their death arrives. These exiled members are, as such, referred to as "unsung."
