A green-colored aarakocra with a sour disposition that doesn't match his vibrant plumage. Whether he's lurking around his cousins' (Maurit & Hudsun Pica) pawn shop or trudging along to the mines, a cloud follows Jeff wherever he goes. Did he once feel the warmth of Elis' sun? Or was he born as a soul abandoned by the goddess of warmth? Either way, the people of Legacy won't deny that his skills in Villám mining have certainly transfered well to the novel materials being discovered beneath Legacy. Still, most of them give him a wide berth. Jeff makes a point to emphasize that he's in Legacy because he murdered someone... and he's not hesistant about making insinuations that he'd consider doing it again.
