Archaeus
Archaeus was a Human warlord said to be the founder of the Archaean Empire. Originally a slave in Imaskar, he entered into a covenant with the Gods of the Archaean Pantheon and led a rebellion with their aid. Eventually, he conquered his former masters and became the first Archaean Emperor. According to a monument left by Archaeus' successors, this campaign included a major victory at the site now known as Fort Phuknoe. Further details of his life remain shrouded in legend, but he remains a figure of great reverence among surviving Archaeans.
