Gnaeus Livianus

Gnaeus Livianus is an NPC who serves as military leader of the Legio Milles. He was a general in the Archaean Empire's army and led the evacuation of Gordion when the city was overcome by The Plague-Death. As the de facto ruler of the Legio Milles Encampment, he has decreed that adherents of both the Archaean Pantheon and the New Faith of Zarus may take refuge there without fear of persecution.
