Lasthena is an NPC who leads a tribe of Harpies known as the Scarlet Wind. Gamgam, Homash, Lyudmila, Ranaghar, Stigr, and Walter parleyed with her on 11/28/213, marking the first diplomatic contact with a sentient Race in The New World. Though highly suspicious of Humans, especially those of the Archaean Empire, Lasthena agreed to a truce with the Gatefall colonists on the condition that they respect her tribe's territory.
