History
During the peak of The Great Exodus, the town of The High Watch was inundated with refugees. Some, with the blessings of the current lord, went further South along on the coast to look for another place to settle. They found a large hill protecting a small bay and quickly build up a defensive position and harbor. Overtime it has become the center for not just whaling but knowledge.
