Ironhold

Ironhold is a blacksmith's dream. Home to some of the best Runeforgers and blacksmiths in all of Ironclaw, it is no surprise their products are some of the best in the realm. Ironhold has Rünfret, second largest Runeforging settlement after Kazadrune. Rünfret is a mighty forge, however. Led by Kürig Brandheat, Half-dwarven ruler of Ironhold, the province stands strong, with a strong connection to their craft. An important detail and part of Ironhold's impact upon the realm is the creation of Metallurgia, a type of magic centered around the manipulation of metals and other minerals. Few are capable of mastering the art of Metallurgia, although Dwarves tend to have an easier time due to their innate connection to the element. People adept in the art of Metallurgia are known as Metallurges.
