House Roughwood
A house of medical doctors that provide care to Myrefall's nobles. House Roughwood infamously prioritizes medical care to the more powerful houses in order to grow in influence. The Roughwood's are respected but mostly feared due to their unique ability to interact privately with any house leader under the guise of a medical assessment. Who knows if that healing salve is in fact a poison? Refusing treatment isn't typically an option either, as many leaders fear what would happen if they were to suddenly become ill. Despite the fact that the Roughwood's don't partake openly in politics, they are still considered a powerfully ally and a deadly enemy.
