House Valdra

The leader of House Valdra, one of the six founding houses, is Dolarin Valdra . Dolarin is one of five members of The Battlemasters . Dolarin has no known heirs, having lost most of his immediate family in the Elvish Civil War . Dolarin's apprentice Rolen Valdra was adopted into the Valdra family and shows much promise.

House Valdra's troops are battle mages; heavily armored fighters that are proficient in destructive magic that wreaks havoc on the battlefield. Battle mages are most effective at a distance, but do not hesitate to meddle in the fray if required.

There is an infamous rivalry between House Thasriel and House Valdra. Fariel Thasriel and Dolarin Valdra were once great friends and war comrades. Their relationship suffered after differing political opinions about the Drow . While they still highly respect one another, it is no secret that both houses constantly try to outdo one another in matters of glory and honor.
