Keeper of Balance
The halfling Keepers of Balance, Ryever Harper and Belris Harper are currently stationed in Overhill. The Harpers Organization was established early after the Age of Chaos, to ensure that governments don't overstep their bounds and try to acquire too much power. The Harpers only act when required, and spy on government leaders covertly.
Additionally, and more importantly, the Keepers of Balance ensure that the population remains in ignorance of topics such as the cosmic war, the elemental plane of water, the Order of the Keepers, etc.
Current Status
After a falling out with the Keeper of Balance , both the Keeper of Arcane and Keeper of Truth have left the order.
