Roy is one of the only qualified Runesmiths in Ker Turum. Your weapons and armor are in good hands with Roy, that is, if you can afford the high price of a Runestone. Runestones are significant upgrades for your weapons and armor. See the Runesmithing binder the DM has for more information.
