The Magic Control Center

Purpose / Function

The MCC boasts an impressive collection of magical items, though its full inventory is never displayed and only a small selection of items are ever available for purchase. Due to past criminal activity, Norbury has restricted the sale of magic items to the MCC, bare a few exceptions such as Arcaneweave Clothing, Arcana Goods and Potent Potions. Recently, Witch & Twitch and the Applied Sciences Guild have set up shop and the City seems to not have enforced the ban onto their wares.

You head to the MCC, and are shocked to see such a small selection of goods in such a large structure. A Halfling worker lets you know that it's Norbury policy to limit the trade of magical goods, in order to avoid crime. Your purchase will also be registered to your name, to help the city guard bring wrongdoers to justice.

Architecture

The Magic Control Center, or MCC, is a large warehouse that serves as a storage facility and shop for magical items. The main showroom is composed of stark white walls, with many wooden shelves/display counters where the days inventory is available to peruse.
