Summing House
Where the Maveren gather to vote, and where the business of governing is done (a summing is a gathering of Maveren). It is the center of Maveren authority. An earlier version of this hall was the first thing built in Malfa; there is always a Summing House. Malfa's Summing House is also where day-to-day administration of Malfa happens, as undertaken by various thralls on the Maveren's behalf. The building itself consists of a meeting hall large enough to contain all 250-ish Maveren, and a labyrinth of other, much smaller rooms where the rest of governing happens. No Maver spends much time in Summing House, at least not in an official capacity.
