Araki Davari is a former Chief-Minister of the Shi'ar Empire. Since his retirement, he holds the position of Imperial Sage, and acts for the Empire in diplomatic matters.
He represented the Empire at the 107th Intergalactic Summit.
In addition to his diplomatic duties, he also serves as one of the tutors of Sharra Neramani, daughter of the former Majestor D'Ken, and the current heir apparent of Majestrix Lilandra.
