Taifa Ngao
The Taifa Ngao (Shield of the Nation) is the tribal council of Wakanda, comprised of elders from the six tribes of Wakanda, who assist the King of Wakanda in governing the nation.
Although they do not hold formal power, ignoring the advice of the Taifa Ngao is frowned upon, and may even be considered a sign of tyranny. It is said that the King who acts without the support of the Taifa Ngao acts without support of the Orisha.
