Hatut Zeraze
The Hatut Zeraze (lit. War Dogs) are the Wakandan Secret Service. Although ultimately answerable to the King of Wakanda, in practise they have historically opperated largely independantly.
As well as gathering intelligence and combating threats to Wakanda, they also engage in counter-terrorist activities throughout Africa.
Surveys of the population of Wakanda have shown that although there is widespread support for their actions elsewhere in the world, support for Hatut Zeraze surveillance within Wakanda's borders is far more contraversial. Under King Chanda and his successors, the powers of the Hatut Zeraze to opperate on Wakandan soil has been legally limited.
