News reaches the Utopia that the The Refuge was destroyed only hours after they left, and all the Kree refugees living there had been killed or kidnapped.
Although the perpetrator was not known, it was assumed to be the Sons of Koth. In reality, it was a group of Imperium soldiers charged with collecting text subjects for Doctor Eve's Transmode Virus experiments.
