Utopians
The crew of the Utopia.
After Phyla-Vell was exiled from Hala, she recruited a crew of fellow exiles. During the Kree Civil War, they acted as a neutral faction, protecting refugees from both sides, and working with the government of Kymellia II to set up The Refuge.
After the Phalanx Crisis, they assisted with the settlement of Captain Glah-Ree's faction on Tarnax II.
