Pokemon: The Indigo Chronicles

Pokemon: The Indigo Chronicles, or just The Indigo Chronicles, is the first series of The World of Pokemon. The series had one spin-off (Pokemon: Indigo Stories) and was succeeded by Pokemon: New Horizons and Pokemon: Seasons. While the series takes place in it's own canon it pulls influence from the Pokemon Anime, Game series and various manga series.   Pokemon: Indigo Chronicles stars Mige Fjord, the ward of former Indigo Champion and creator of the PC storage system Bill Fjord, as he sets off on his journey through Kanto with his small and quiet Eevee. Mige is joined by many friendly faces throughout his journey including the bullyish Ace Burnett, the excitable Tim Fisher and clever Jenn Green. While it takes some time for Mige to truly find a goal to focus on the later episodes show him trying to train his pokemon to become strong and collect eight gym badges from across the region.   Episodes in Pokemon: The Indigo Chronicles are numbered with the prefix IC. For a complete episode listing, see the list of The Indigo Chronicles episodes.
