Confederacy of Siril

Siril is a Confederacy of many states and kingdoms of Sirilians in the eastern-southern section of Rakion.   Since 1,040 AB, the Sirilians are clashing alot with their neighbors to the south, The League of Gnomir.

History

Founding
House Siril was originally a half-giant clan that achieved recognition from the Supreme Autarch. After Ordosi Siril the Gnollbane's death, Ordosi Siril the Great's, had come to take control of the gnolls and half-giants through his material prowess in the arena and even challenging the appointed Ordosi Siril the Second and clutching the house' forces and swearing fealty to the Ordosi ways.   The Ordosi ways are that of placing highest value on gaining honor and glory in combat. House Siril had always placed half-giants as the highest honor and only half-giants could become Ordosi.
Uprising
After the Houses had started rebelling against the Nahrso Empire, who sacrificed everyone in order to achieve immortality, by the end of Narsilian Civil War - house Siril's ways have changed, having all people become Ordosi and had become very secular in their ways, losing their ways.
The Blossom of Siril
This is called as such by the Sirilian believers of the Giant Pantheon, having going back to their original Half-giants way and having the people of Siril following the ways of the Ordosi, having becoming more interested in the ways of the Giant ways of preserving, rather than the one of battle and honor, though many sirilians hold the Ordosi ways. Only those who are half-giants or Giants can lay claim to the clans and the confederacy of Siril. Though they sometimes act as clans in their related states, all Sirilians actually believe in the Confederacy.

Military

Though they are divided, many clans of the confedarcy have strong military capabilities, not just them being Half-Giants or Giants. However, many of the clans have legendary beasts they tamed since the old days of the Nahrso Empire, among them:
  • Dire Beasts
Half-giants could tame and ride large and formidable creatures such as dire bears, dire wolves, or even dire boars. These beasts would match the half-giants in size and strength, providing them with a sturdy and powerful mount for both combat and transportation.
  • War Mammoths
Given their colossal size, half-giants and even giants prefer riding mighty war mammoths. These massive creatures can carry multiple individuals and provide a stable platform in battle. With their tough hides and long tusks, war mammoths also serve as intimidating symbols of strength and dominance.
  • Stonehoof Bisons
Half-giants could bond with and ride Stonehoof Bisons, specially bred for their size and strength. These bison-like creatures possess robust builds and powerful horns, capable of charging through difficult terrains and offering a steady ride for half-giants.
  • Siege Turtles
As vehicles designed for heavy-duty transport, siege turtles serve as mobile platforms for half-giants. These enormous creatures have massive shells that can carry structures or even siege weapons, providing both protection and mobility on the battlefield.
  • Earthshaker Wagons
Half-giants employ specialized wagons known as Earthshakers. These sturdy, reinforced wagons are equipped with heavy wheels and suspensions to withstand the weight and force of the half-giants. Earthshaker wagons could be pulled by teams of strong creatures or even magically augmented to enhance their speed and endurance.
