Lord Gowyr Neg Carodan was the diarch of Peraserasia from 1039 to 1050. He fell in the Battle of Eallard Stronghold.

Personal history
Gowyr was the commander of the Peraserasian forces that defended Eallard Stronghold against the army of the Yokun Empire. After Bogen Khanibar lured Gowyr outside the stronghold by sacrificing several hundreds of soldiers and feigning a retreat, a small force lead by Ebegei Chogeris managed to charge into the fray almost unnoticed; when spotted, Ebegei's horse was killed, flinging her forward. However, she used this momentum to hit Gowyr and decapitate him with a single blow, creating panic among his ranks and completely throw them into disarray. This earned her the title of Falcon Blade of the Yokunhein, and prompted Eurolwyn Neg Rhoderick to surrender, but preserved the Prasri traditions and retaining the territory's name.
