Kaviri Highlands

The Kaviri Highlands is a vast area of hills and plateaus east of Lake Kadia. The highlands' terrain is scarred and rugged, and though the ground is rich with heavy minerals it has barely any arable land, making permanent settlement quite rare.
The area is a formally split between the Kingdom of Saltis and the Corgomuran Free Cities, though few remaining Orcish clans are known to inhabit the area. Some Wood Elves, descendants of those who once ruled the lake, are known to raid caravans and rob travelers.
