Rear Admiral, PA

The Rear Admiral, often abbreviated as RA, is in command of a Division in the Pearlwing Armada.
Each Rear Admiral is served by a Shield of Nandorel's Mariners.

Appointment

Every Rear Admiral must be from either of the orders: Order of the Golden Swan or Seekers of the Golden Dragon or Silver Robes of the Circlet or Order of the Silver Crown.
