Ysgard and Arborea are used to anchor one another to distance themselves from the Prime by Hlal as described in the Separation by Spear and resulted in the Planar Divergence. This was well easier to do since Corellon Larethien helped push astroids of Kash'shi on the Abyss and Pandemonium.
