King Cleomenes "Elf-Friend" of Akros
King Cleomenes Of Akros
Former king of Akros, prior to the reign of King Anax "God-Slayer", of Akros and Queen Cymede of Akros
Father to Xerica, "The Queen that Never Was" (by his consort Dorysia, Former Queen Consort of Akros and Elder of The Hounds) and Taranika, Queen Regent of Akros (by his consort Phinella)
Cleomenes spent the early part of his reign searching for his lost brother Prince Arius "The Ever-Young" of Akros. In so doing, he came across the Wood Elf princess Phinella, his first love.
Later in life, he welcomed in the last surviving Pale Elves from the Ashen Lands to the north. These included Dorysia, Former Queen Consort of Akros and Elder of The Hounds, whom he took as his second concubine after the death of Phinella during childbirth.
During his reign, Theros entered The Great Silence - a time where the gods no longer spoke to mortals.
Later in his reign, a young warrior presented himself to the court, declaring himself to be the son of the lost Prince Arius "The Ever-Young" of Akros. After passing numerous trials, Cleomenes believed his claims, and proclaimed him his successor after the death of his beloved firstborn daughter Xerica, "The Queen that Never Was".
