A Cobalian is a Subject of the Kingdom of Cobal. Race is never a factor in this ethnicity. If you live in Cobal and are participating in its daily life, you are a Cobalian.

To assist in the common defense of the realm, all citizens are encouraged to be armed or have ready access to arms. They are also encouraged to regularly train in the use of those arms and in the means by which group defensive actions are taken.
