Viscounty of Delouest
The Viscounty of Delouest (pronounced del-west in Arian) is one of the four primary divisions of the County of Killmor in the Kingdom of Aria. It is located in the northwest quarter of the County with 70 miles of its eastern edge on the Arukill River, and 40 miles of its northern edge on the Arial River. Another 50 miles of its northern edge is a border with the County of Balmor.
Structure
The Viscounty is divided into several distinct bailies, some quite large in area. Each of these are ruled by a Bailiff and answer to the Viscount directly, and the Count above him.
