Willard the White
His Majesty, King Willard III Bolder (a.k.a. the White)
Willard III the White was the last King of Cobal. He died after a 47 year reign with no heirs at the venerable age of 105. Willard was the eldest son of King Dillard the Golden and his wife, Queen Orbella Ohnni. Being closely related to the royal house that had just died out in the Kingdom of Imesse, Willard's father took a keen interest in the unrest that was raging across the Caldar River from his kingdom. As the "Black Famine" swept across Imesse, both Dillard and his son increased their kingdom's military readiness with fresh funding, defensive constructions and increased muster and training of troops all along the river.
