Dr. Baxter Stockman (a.k.a. Bastard Stinkman, Bastion Stockboy, Backwards Stockphoto, Dexter Speckman, etc.)
!!!This article contains Spoilers for Mystic Forest.Baxter Stockman is a brilliant but mad scientist that runs Stockgen, the largest science facility in the city.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Human Form
As a human Baxter was a black man with short black hair with tight curls. He had a well groomed mustache and often wore are pair of glasses. This is the form he uses for his hologram and 3D projection software to give off the impression he is normal.Mutant Form
After being exposed to Mutagen Baxter mutated into a fruit fly hybrid. This caused him to drastically shrink in size and mutate fly-like traits, like bulbous red eyes, a proboscis, a pair of insectoid wings, an abdomen tail, and an extra pair of limbs. His limbs became thinner and warped with claws on his fingers and toes. He lost most of his hair, save for a small tuft of curly black hair remaining on his head.Special abilities

Early Life
Baxter Stockman was born in Brooklyn to his single mother. They were not the most well off, his mother worked extra hard every day to make ends meet and care for Baxter. From a young age, Baxter had an interest in science, which his mother always tried to foster. She would always try to make sure he was experimenting ethically, steering him away from dangerous activities that could harm him or animals. By middle school Baxter was the top of his class with a promising future. But by high school, his mother had nearly worked herself to death and she got sick. She lasted just long enough to see the young man graduate from high school before she would pass away. Because of his impressive school performance, he was accepted into Yale, where he majored in biology and engineering. He would earn his doctorate there before graduating and founding his own research facility, Stockgen. His revolutionary advancements in bio-technological research would quickly put him in the public eye, making him a famous figure in the scientific space. His young age at the time made him particularly relatable to the youth, and his face and seminars would often be used to promote science fields to young students.Mutation
in 2009, the Rockefeller Contamination Incident and the EPF trusted Stockgen with the examination of the strange chemical that had been scattered in the area. While alone in his lab running on low sleep, he was doing an experiment with a vial of the mutagen. A fly landed on the table next to him, and when he swatted it, the shaking of the counter caused the mutagen to spill onto his hand. Though he was quick to wash and disinfect his hand of the substance, the damage had already been done. By the next day he had grown ill and was in immense pain. Worse, his body was changing. He worked the next few weeks trying to figure out what was happening to his body and a way to reverse it, all the while his mutation progressed, leaving him writhing in agony while he worked. It was to no avail however, as he found the mutation was making permanent changes to his DNA, with no foreseeable cure. When his mutation stabilized, he made it a point to not let anyone in the facility see him in this state. He locked himself in his office and programmed a 3D generated version of his human self to take calls and meetings. After a while he found himself living in lab instead of ever returning home, as he worked tirelessly to find a cure for his condition. Time was ticking as he found the longer he stayed mutated, the more he found it difficult to concentrate, remember things, or stabilize his mood. The mutation was effecting his mind. Eventually Stockman found a solution in the form of a medication using small amounts of mutagen that he could take to keep his mind from degrading further. He was able to function for a while like this, and continue running Stockgen as normal. No one ever knew of his change due to his exclusive use of holograms and 3D models to communicate. After several years had gone by though, his supply of mutagen was running out. He needed more and had a feeling he could find it in the Contamination Zone. That when he invented Mousers. Originally a robot design to deal with New York's rat problem, he could use the robot's ability to smell chemical compounds to hunt and retrieve mutagen for him.Education

History
Lindsey has always looked up to Baxter Stockman and the work he does, so she was thrilled when she got a job at Stockgen and could work with him directly. She eventually impressed him enough to be promoted to his lead assistant researcher, where he revealed his mutated condition to her to convince her to work on his more dubious projects.
Relationship Reasoning
Initially it seems like Lindsey and Stockman are really close, as Baxter will not reveal his mutation to anyone he doesn't completely trust. But in reality, Baxter uses his condition to manipulate Lindsey, and does not give her the same respect she gives him. Frequently Stockman will 'forget' to refer to Lindsey as Dr. Baker, and will often take credit for her achievements in the media. At the end of the day, Stockman sees Lindsey as a tool that is easily replicable.
History
Kri was mutated with a combination of Stockman's cells and the turtle's stabilized mutagen. The initial goal was to breed hundreds of insect hybrids just like them so that Stockman could create an army of mutants to take control of New York. However this plan backfired when he abused Kri during experiments, causing Lindsey to step in and rescue them.
Relationship Reasoning
Kri does not like Stockman at all. They are young and see him as the bad man that locked them in a cage and hurt them repeatedly. They don't see him as a father figure and will attack him on sight.
