Anna Holdfast

Anna Holdfast was born Anna Ableby and is the oldest daughter of Goodwife Janette Ableby. She is a Human of Summerling descent. Her hair was black in her youth, but it has changed to a striking shade of silver. She married Talbot Holdfast in her youth, and now works with him, running the Minstrel's Tarry. She is a warm, motherly presence at the Tarry, although, when her temper is up, patrons learn to duck!
The Holdfasts have two sons, Hal and Willie, and three daughters, Mattie, Tillie (who was adopted), and Rose. Their grandson is Tristan Holdfast, a member of the Fire Wasps.
