Jorgensturm the Cruel

Jorgensturm the Cruel was a fire giant king from Jotunheld. As his epithet suggests, he was unfathomably cruel to those under his power, often deliberately taking whole families of Frost Dwarves as slaves, not only to enjoy the way he could manipulate them through separation and threats towards their loved ones, but also because he knew his volcanic domains will be torture to the fire-hating dwarves.

In 1081 SKR, he entered a pact with the Orcs of Sharbaduk to aid them in their war against Prince Harbryn Thonwyr of Summerlund. They promised him command of Castle Valkurath, an ancient fortress on the island’s southern coast that has become partly covered by an active volcano’s eruptions in exchange for an army of giants. Rubicus Chillbrow came to warn the Adventurers known as the Fire Wasps about this threat to their ally, and they went to the Prince’s aid. Eventually, the Fire Wasps led a contingent of soldiers to Valkurath, freed Rubicus' family, and slew the fire giant king.
