Luweena Applegate

Luweena "Ween" Applegate is a Halfling fisher from Dalenshire. She was visiting the Witchlight Carnival with her sweetheart, Rubin Dapplestream, and he was taking her towards the Hall of Illusions, when she suddenly found herself overwhelmed by laughter. She hadn't even noticed that Rubin had been trying to propose to her, or that he had run into the Hall without paying a ticket. Luckily, Gaspar Greenseeker, Alarias ap Nithodel, and Dawn were close to hand, and they reunited the pair. Ween apologized and happily accepted the proposal.
