Gaspar Greenseeker

Gaspar Greenseeker is a Forest Gnome Wizard who lives in the town of Bitherek. When he was young, he was best friends with another forest gnome named Setri Bletherwell. One day, when they were playing in Amnon’s Wood, both of them heard curious music coming through the trees. They disagreed on the direction the music was coming from, and each set out to find the source, agreeing to meet back at a landmark in an hour to discuss what they found. Gaspar found nothing and returned, but Setri never did. It was believed that Setri wandered into the Feywild, and this began a lifelong fascination with that realm for Gaspar.
Eventually, Gaspar was enrolled in the prestigious Cerulean Academy and rose to the rank of Twilight. He is specifically studying the realm of the Feywild, perhaps hoping to find his lost friend. Eventually, he heard of the Witchlight Carnival and began writing a paper on it. When a letter arrived from someone named Madryck Roslof offering information on the Carnival, and seeing that the Roslof Family Enchanted Pumpkin Farm was pretty much en route to Kas Amnon where the Carnival appeared, he joined a caravan heading in that direction, eventually meeting an Eladrin named Alarias ap Nithodel, who was also heading to meet Madryck.
At Roslof's enchanted pumpkin farm, they spoke with Madryck himself, who had been to the Carnival many times. He also revealed that the Carnival was the doorway to a Fey domain called Prismeer, where his patron, an Arch-Fey named Zybilna was queen. At the mention of that name, both Alarias and Gaspar experienced childhood memories of Zybilna doing things that improved their lives, and Alarias revealed that Zybilna was their Warlock patron as well. With the promise of treasures from Madryck, they set out for the Carnival to find out why Madryck had had no contact from her.
In Kas Amnon, they met with Rune Eyebright, Toby Toetufts, Dawn, and Pietr Blackberry. When Alarias mentioned Zybilna, they too remembered times when Zybilna had aided them as children. Together, that group traveled through Prismeer, seeking to restore the lost queen as the Witchlight Court. Gaspar had many adventures with his friends, fighting hags, helping giants to find romance, and traveling with strange companions. Gaspar found his friend Setri a prisoner of the Hag Skabatha Nightshade and helped free him, only to find that Setri had changed little, while he had grown up. He was glad his friend was alright, but sad to lose him in such a strange way. In the end, Zybilna, the rightful Queen of Prismeer, was freed. As with all the members of the Witchlight Court, Gaspar wished for a way to return to the Witchlight Carnival (and therefore the Feywild) any time he chose, and he received an enchanted golden ticket. He and Alarias met Madryck one more time, and the old man gave them the key to his treasure before passing in his sleep.
Gaspar has a familiar -an owl named Quercus.
